Premium Property Trust began with two lifelong friends, a shared vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Rooted in Birmingham, founders Chris and Burke bring together decades of experience in architecture, real estate, technology, and innovation, united by a passion for thoughtful development.
Built on the values of hard work, creativity, and lasting relationships, we believe the places we create should do more than exist. They should bring people together, enrich communities, and stand the test of time.
From walkable neighborhoods to thoughtfully designed mixed-use developments, our vision goes beyond buildings. It's about creating meaningful places and a legacy that lasts.
